From the Taconic State Parkway heading North:

1: Take TACONIC STATE PKWY North.
2: Take the US-6 exit toward MAHOPAC / SHRUB OAK.
3: Turn RIGHT onto US-6 E.
4: Turn LEFT onto HILL BLVD.
5: The Jefferson Valley Profession Center is immediately on the RIGHT.
6: Jefferson Valley Eye Care is in Suite 303.

From Route 6 heading West:

1: Take US-6 West.
2: Turn RIGHT onto HILL BLVD.
3: The Jefferson Valley Profession Center is immediately on the RIGHT.
4: Jefferson Valley Eye Care is in Suite 303.

From Route 6 heading East:

1: Take US-6 East.
2: Turn LEFT onto HILL BLVD.
3: The Jefferson Valley Profession Center is immediately on the RIGHT.
4: Jefferson Valley Eye Care is in Suite 303.

From Route 9 heading North:

1: Take US-9 North.
2: Stay STRAIGHT to go onto BEAR MOUNTAIN STATE PKWY.
3: Turn LEFT to take the US-6 E.
4: Turn RIGHT onto US-6 / E MAIN ST. Continue to follow US-6 E.
5: Turn LEFT onto HILL BLVD.
6: The Jefferson Valley Profession Center is immediately on the RIGHT.
7: Jefferson Valley Eye Care is in Suite 303.

From Route 9 heading South:

1: Take US-9 South.
2: Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto OLD ALBANY POST RD.
3: Stay STRAIGHT to go onto HIGHLAND AVE.
4: Turn LEFT to take the BEAR MOUNTAIN STATE PKY EAST ramp.
5: Merge onto BEAR MOUNTAIN STATE PKWY.
6: Turn LEFT to take the US-6 E ramp.
7: Turn RIGHT onto US-6 / E MAIN ST. Continue to follow US-6 E.
8: Turn LEFT onto HILL BLVD.
9: The Jefferson Valley Profession Center is immediately on the RIGHT.

From I-684 heading North:

1: Take I-684 North.
2: Take EXIT 6 toward RT-35 / CROSS RIVER / KATONAH.
3: Merge onto SAW MILL PKWY N / SAW MILL RIVER PKWY N.
4: Take the RT-35 W exit- EXIT 6- toward KATONAH.
5: Turn LEFT onto NY-35 / CROSS RIVER RD. Continue to follow NY-35.
6: Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto NY-100 / SOMERSTOWN RD / CROTON TURNPIKE.

From I-684 heading South:

1: Take I-684 South.
2: Take the RT-35 exit- EXIT 6.
3: Turn RIGHT onto NY-35 / CROSS RIVER RD. Continue to follow NY-35.
4: Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto NY-100 / SOMERSTOWN RD / CROTON TURNPIKE.
5: Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto NY-139 / PRIMROSE ST.
